SCST è uno Studio di Consulenza Tributaria formato da un gruppo di 12 professionisti tra avvocati, consulenti (tra cui ex funzionari dell’Agenzia delle Entrate e della Guardia di Finanza) e commercialisti che incontrano i clienti solo in presenza presso 42 uffici distribuiti in tutto il nord Italia.
Si occupa principalmente di difendere persone fisiche, professionisti, piccole aziende e società insolventi – del tutto o in parte – con il Fisco (Ag. Delle Entrate, INPS, INAIL, Comuni ed Enti locali di ogni genere) non con un unico sistema ma con tutte le modalità previste dal nostro Ordinamento Giuridico e con la nostra pluriennale esperienza.

Start with a small service
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

First employees
This was the first period when Consulting WP actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

First recognition
By this time we were a well known name within the industry. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 16 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we weren’t dismissed by anyone because we could not be dismissed by anyone.

Our journey has only brought us higher. Information Technology completely changes the way we analyze and present data. We have embraced new technologies and have ensured that our clients receive cutting edge analytics. As we go on towards the future we intend to exploit the full potential.

Come Operiamo
Seguiamo un processo chiaro: dal primo contatto alla spiegazione del caso, fino alla proposta di un preventivo trasparente con tariffe sempre vantaggiose per i clienti.
Contatto
Il primo contatto avviene attraverso una chiamata col cliente: risponderà al telefono un avvocato tributarista o un tributarista.
Spiegazione
L’interessato spiegherà chiaramente la sua situazione affinché l’avvocato comprenda quali sono le strategie difensive possibili.
Appuntamento
Concordiamo un appuntamento presso l’ufficio della zona dell’interessato che incontrerà un Professionista del nostro Studio.
Incarico
Il primo incontro è sempre gratuito: alla fine del colloquio, il cliente potrà decidere se affidare allo Studio l’incarico per difenderlo.
Preventivo
Viene formulato un preventivo che è possibile pagare sempre a rate (e con rate sostenibili) per venire incontro alla nostra clientela che generalmente è già “esposta”.
Tariffe minime
Applichiamo le tariffe minime grazie all’elevato numero di clienti (400 circa ogni anno che si affidano a noi) e perché la nostra clientela non potrebbe permettersi le tariffe medie fissate dall’Ordine degli avvocati (DM 55/2014).

Le principali strategie
Tra i nostri servizi figurano::
- Ricorsi contro cartelle, pignoramenti ed ipoteche dell’Agenzia delle Entrate e di altri Enti impositori.
- Ricorsi in autotutela per cartelle in cui sono scaduti i termini per fare ricorsi di fronte al Giudice.
- Legge 3 del 2012 detta anche “legge salvasuicidi”.
Gestione della Crisi d’impresa attraverso i nuovi strumenti previsti dalla Legge. - Protezione e gestione del patrimonio immobiliare, degli stipendi, delle pensioni, dei conti correnti, delle auto e dei beni mobili.
- Penale tributario, societario e fallimentare
